Board-certified orthodontist Karen Guinn, DDS, has been providing orthodontic care and changing lives one smile at a time for over thirty years. At The Smile Agency Orthodontics & Smile Design, with locations in West Covina and Pasadena, California, Dr. Guinn recognizes that each patient has specific needs, and strives to provide the best orthodontic care for every one of her patients. Residents of Pasadena have come to know her as the “Green Street Dentist” since her flagship dental office is right on the iconic Pasadena road, Green Street, Dr. Guinn’s goal is to give patients a braces lift without a facelift, and to help you live life smiling.
She also provides care for all issues relating to orthodontics, such as TMJ therapy, snoring therapy, non-surgical and extraction-free orthodontics. She knows a beautiful smile is always in style, so the patient can feel comfortable knowing Dr. Guinn treats her patients like family.

Dr. Guinn is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. She also is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the National Dental Association, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and the San Gabriel Dental Society.

In her free time, Dr. Guinn enjoys bicycle riding , arranging orchids, and photography. She loves to travel with her three children, and loves to take photos of all her sights. She has traveled all over the world, for both business and pleasure "and she is not done yet!". She believes in being a part of her community and giving back. In fact, she is the founder of Test Success, Inc., a Non-profit test-taking strategies program. Dr. Guinn is also a member of the Pasadena City College Foundation and Jack and Jill of America.
